The Play Loud Promise

At Play Loud Jerseys, we’re all about bold designs and loud energy—but when it comes to customer satisfaction, we take things seriously. Every jersey we produce is custom-made and carefully crafted to match your design, colors, and specifications.

If we make a mistake, we’ll make it right. That’s the Play Loud Promise.

🛠️ What qualifies for a return or refund?

If your order arrives and includes any of the following:

  • A design that is materially different than what you approved

  • A jersey that was printed on the wrong style or size

  • An error caused by Play Loud Jerseys during production

We will reproduce the affected pieces or issue a refund, based on your preference. All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

📸 We may request photos of the product and packaging to verify the issue.

🔁 What doesn’t qualify?

  • Sizing issues due to incorrect size ordered

    • A detailed size chart is provided on every product page and linked on our main navigation.

    • We strongly recommend measuring before placing your order.

  • Design changes after order confirmation

  • General dissatisfaction with custom design once printed

  • Wear & tear after use

❌ Custom Order Cancellations

All of our jerseys are made to order just for you. If you need to cancel your order before production begins, a $20 customization fee per item will be deducted from your refund.

Once your jersey has entered production, your order cannot be canceled or refunded unless it falls under a Play Loud Jerseys production error.

📦 Return Shipping

If your return or exchange is approved due to a Play Loud Jerseys error, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
For all other returns, including non-qualified sizing issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

💸 Refund Processing

Once we receive and review the returned item (if required), refunds will be issued within 1–2 business days. Please allow 7–10 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🛑 All Sales Final After 30 Days

We cannot accept return or refund requests after 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • All products are custom-made and not affiliated with any professional sports leagues, brands, or manufacturers.

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for blank products that have been modified or processed for resale.

  • Play Loud Jerseys reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be published here.
